Maharashtra minister and Uddhav Thackeray's son, Aditya Thackeray was found corona positive on 20 March. After which both were placed in the home quarantine. But on Tuesday, Rashmi Thackeray's sudden health began to deteriorate and he felt weak, after which he was admitted to the hospital.

Number of infected people is increasing rapidly in Maharashtra

The cases of corona infection in Maharashtra are increasing day by day. In the last 24 hours, 27,918 new cases have been confirmed and 139 infected deaths have been recorded in the state. According to the Ministry of Health, the doubling rate of corona infection in the metropolis has been 50 days. So far, more than 600 buildings have been sealed due to the Corona epidemic. In view of the ever increasing cases in the state, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray announced the preparations for the lockdown. But BMC Commissioner IS Chahal says that there is no plan to impose immediate lockdown here. The status of Corona will be reviewed in the next 15 days and only then a decision will be taken.
