New Delhi The Indian Premier League 2021 will start on 9 April and all the teams have started their preparations for this. Now a news is coming out and according to that some players of South Africa cricket team who are playing in this league can miss some matches including IPL opener for their teams. These teams include Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals and Chennai Super Kings. Players who can miss the first few matches include players like Kagiso Rabada, Quinton Dickock, Enrich Nortje, Lungi Ngidi and David Miller. 

According to Inside Sports, these players of South Africa cricket team are going to take part in the ODI series against Pakistan from April 2 and due to this they will miss the first few matches for their teams. When these players come to India after the series, they will have to quarantine for a few days and it will depend on how many matches they miss.

It has been said from CSK that, their fast bowler Lungi Ngidi will join the team only after 5 April and in such a situation he will miss the match played with Delhi on 10 April. So there is Kagiso Rabada and Enrich Nortje which are part of Delhi Capitals. Both these players will also not be able to be a part of the team in the opening match against CSK.

Talking about Mumbai Indians, this team's opener batsman Quindon Dickock will also not be able to play the first match for his team at least because of these reasons. This time Mumbai team will start their campaign on April 9 against Virat Kohli's team Royal Challengers Bangalore. In the absence of Dickock, Chris Lynn can make a debut for Mumbai, while Ishan Kishan will be included as a wicketkeeper-batsman in the playing XI.
